Return Policy

Made-to-order shirts

Our made-to-order shirts are printed after you place your order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or size, color, or style exchanges for these shirts, except where required by law. Please review the product details and size guide before ordering. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items remain covered as described below.

30-day returns for other physical merchandise

Other physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery. To qualify for this voluntary return policy, an item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit your rights concerning faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect goods or any applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Start a return or report an issue

Email djdarksidedealer@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and, for an issue with an item, a description of the problem. We will provide the appropriate return instructions. Prior authorization is required for voluntary returns; it is not a condition for exercising a statutory cancellation or other consumer right.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage on eligible voluntary change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable on those returns unless the return results from our error or an item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. For statutory cancellations and returns, applicable law determines return costs and any refund of the original delivery charge.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos when possible. For an approved issue, we will arrange a replacement, correction, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Digital downloads are not returnable after they have been delivered or accessed, except where required by law or when the file is faulty. Gift cards are not returnable. Any additional exception will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect an eligible return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared within 15 business days. Any mandatory legal refund deadlines take priority.

Exchanges

For merchandise eligible under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the fastest option for a different size or style is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved. The made-to-order shirt restriction above applies. Defective or incorrect items are handled as described above.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including cancellation, withdrawal, and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Where EU withdrawal rights apply, consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that they wish to cancel without giving a reason. Printing a standard design to order does not, by itself, remove that right. You can send a clear cancellation statement to djdarksidedealer@gmail.com. Applicable statutory rights take priority over any conflicting condition in this policy.
